Supreme-X provides three distinct car wash options for four different types of vehicles. Prices and package contents are subject to change at Supreme-X discretion, and any such changes will be reflected on our website, www.supremexdetail.com
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payments for bookings are processed upon the completion of the requested service. Supreme-X accepts cash, debit, and credit cards as payment methods. In the event of a declined card, Supreme-X will contact the customer to resolve the payment issue. If the matter remains unresolved, Supreme-X will initiate a collection process 48 hours after the credit card is declined.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, money, and other valuable items from their vehicle before any detailing services commence. Supreme X Detail bears no liability for any loss or damage to personal property, including the serviced vehicle and its contents, or the service location. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in a lawful and secure location during service. Any claims for damage resulting from the cleaning process will be limited to the service cost. Supreme-X Detail reserves the right to collect debit or credit card details to secure bookings. We may also alter or reschedule bookings as needed based on staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment availability. Supreme-X reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $60 (or a proportion thereof) for any work outside the scope of the original booking, at our discretion. A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers have the option to reschedule or cancel appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. However, within the 48-hour window, a $40 fee is charged to compensate our technicians. This policy applies to all retail-priced car detailing services.
If there is reasonable evidence that our service technician did not complete the package as ordered or if there is clear evidence of poor workmanship, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at our expense. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service Appointment Time
Due to potential traffic or unforeseen circumstances, our technicians may arrive later than scheduled. Please allow for a 30-90 minute arrival window for appointments booked online or by phone. Supreme-X will make efforts to inform you of any delays in service delivery.
Coupon & Referral Policy
From time to time, Supreme X Detail may offer a referral program that allows you to earn credits redeemable for Supreme X Detail services by sharing a unique referral link provided by Supreme X Detail. Please note that combining credits and coupons is not permitted. To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be new to Supreme X Detail and use your Referral Link to sign up. You may not collect referrals through self-referrals, spam, impersonation, or any other prohibited methods outlined in our terms. Supreme X Detail reserves the right to cancel or rescind credits and eligibility for participants who violate these terms.
