The Role of a Good Quality Ceramic Coating

Winter coatings are specially designed to combat frost by forming a protective barrier on your windows. They create a hydrophobic surface, preventing moisture from sticking and freezing, thus keeping your windows clear and frost-free.

Improved Visibility

Applying winter coating enhances visibility while driving, reducing the risk of accidents. No more scraping frost off your windshield on a cold morning!  By preventing frost formation, you can maintain a warmer car temperature as well; reducing the need for heating and ultimately saving on gas bills or electric bills if you have an EV.

Protection for Windows

Winter ceramic coatings prevent frost and protect your windows from damage caused by ice. This extends the lifespan of your windows. The first thing you want to do before you apply anything is to give your front window a proper cleaning with a product like this.

Winter ceramic coatings can last anywhere from the entire winter to possibly even 2 winters. The major depending factors are the quality of the product and how severe your winters are. If they are anything like Reno, NV then most likely only one year.
